i read the comic, heres the story behind this : stan and kyle are at a cake place, stan is drunk. black owner tells him to stop underage drinking and stan says racist things. kyle runs to the bathroom with stan to ask wtf that was about, stan gets a lil too horny and makes a joke about cake, taking off his pants and fucking him. also some dude at the urinal is jerking off in the background
