Yup figured. Just like video games, porn is protected by the first amendment. But it also says it's a "grey" area in America. Other countries say no to this while others say it's okay aslong as it isn't a real child or a manipulated picture of a real one. America is in between. As I said before, I don't condone this. Like in video games, I'm not "pro" killing fictional characters. I just let it be. Obviously in some other countries games are banned for simply depicting violence.
