The one who actually absorbs Kara is 21 but she got cut out and replaced with Cell when she's meant to be the one absorbing her. Plus you can tell by the design of the tail also as it lacks the black with orange squares that Cell is supposed to have in that form whereas the tail appears completely pale pink. Nice try buddy.
