That only happened because Sedusa's a villain and villains can't win. She still kicked Bellum's ass for the entire fight and could've destroyed Bellum instantly were it not for the fact that, again, she's a villain and villains can't win.

Sedusa is way sexier than Bellum too. They're not even in the same league when it comes to looks and sex appeal. Bellum's so ugly she doesn't even show her face.

Bellum is according to everyone around her a babe and she was clearly meant to be. Sedusa probably lost because she just primarily charms and uses people to get what she wants. She’s a manipulator first and less a brute forcer. And when it comes to direct confrontations and fighting, she’s likely reliant on her hair to keep people at a distance. Kind of like Doctor Octopus, once you get past their area of control than it gets much easier to take them down.

One of Sedusa's superpowers is literally being the sexiest, most attractive woman in any room she's in. The professor and mayor both chose Sedusa over Miss Bellum and it's no surprise why. Charm might be Sedusa's first choice, but we know she's still an experienced fighter because she trades blows with the PPG on the regular. And it shows too, because even without her hair, Sedusa spent the first 70% of the fight destroying Miss Bellum, up until the writers turned her into a punching bag because villains can't win. Nevermind the fact that Sedusa mysteriously and randomly choses to not use her hair at all when it would've ended the fight in 2 seconds.

Who knows, maybe if Bellum didn’t free the girls and they just continued fighting with Sedusa’s hair all wet and useless, the villain might’ve won. But that’s not how things went down.

And I didn’t know her sexiness was a literal power like Boa Hancock or something. I thought it was just the hair thing plus she looks good and knew how to use guys to her advantage. Too bad her ability only works on guys, otherwise she’d just rule the city.
